Empire’s core values give us base and structure to “why we do what we do” as well as influence us on what we actually do. In the end, it's the stuff that matters.
We basically have four solid "client focused" core values. We could shoot for more, but if we can hit the mark on these, then we’ve got our client’s best interest in mind. And that’s why we’re here.
STEWARDSHIP: We have certain gifts and talents that allow us to conduct business and serve our clients. Being a good steward is rightfully managing those talents. But stewardship at Empire means faithfully serving the needs of our clients frugally and with the utmost integrity.
INTEGRITY: A good reputation speaks volumes of trust. A bad one is almost impossible to shake loose. Do we stand behind our words? Do we gloss over the details to make the sale? Do we tell our clients one thing with our mouths and do differently with our actions? Many companies boast of integrity. At Empire we let our “yes” mean “yes” and our “no” mean “no.” There is no worse thing in business than losing your reputation in the eyes of your clients.
DILIGENCE: The relentless energy and effort put into our client’s work sums up our definition of diligence. We’re about getting it done, but we mostly about getting it done, right. Our diligence will push us to find that new idea, that advancement in new technology all in an effort to offer our clients what they pay for.
TRUST: Trust is another one of those nebulous concepts that all companies strive for. However, clients know when they have it and when they don't. At Empire, we plan to earn your trust. We know that words alone won't do it. You need the actions that back up the words. |
