Tyrannus Hall - Foundation for Pastoral Development The Tyrannus Hall Foundation for Pastoral Development is committed to the discipling and training of ministers who serve in the Spirit of God and who are scripturally learned, doctrinally sound (Reformed), and who are a of a relational/disciple-making mindset. EMPIRE worked directly with Elliott Greene, Assistant Pastor/Missionary at New St. Peters Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Assistant Professor of Biblical Languages at Westminster Theological Seminary – Texas Campus in building the initial phase to promote the Foundation of Pastoral Development to nationwide pastors and churches.
